·         What is RoamingMan Service?

RoamingMan offers a global mobile internet service, providing the Wi-Fi hotspot that connects any WiFi enabled device - smartphones, laptops and tablets - to 4G mobile internet. It requires no SIM cards or cables, and free roaming all over the world, which means true convenience and big savings when traveling.
Wherever you go, just turn on your RoamingMan WiFi hotspot and enjoy surfing the internet!

·         What devices does it work with?

Any Wi-Fi enabled device, such as smartphone, laptop, and tablet, works with our RoamingMan. It supports up to 5 devices connected simultaneously.

·         The power bank function?

The WiFi hotspot that RoamingMan provides also acts as a power bank with 6000 mAh battery pack, which will recharge a standard smart phone over 3 times.
Generally, the large battery lasts up to 15 hours with non-stop use.

·         Do I have to configure anything before connecting my device to the Pocket WiFi?

No, you do not need to configure anything on your device or on the RoamingMan WiFi hotspot. You just need to turn on the RoamingMan WiFi hotspot and connect your smart devices to it, by choosing the WiFi hotspot name, and entering the passwords. You can then start using the internet straight away!

·         Can I check my data usage?

Of course you can! The 3.5 inch LCD screen on the RoamingMan WiFi hotspot makes it easy to check your data usage. The user guide will be also included in your RoamingMan pouch and give detailed instructions.

 

HOW TO RENT A ROAMINGMAN WIFI HOTSPOT

·         How soon can I start using after I placed an order?

Within 1-3 business days after you placed an order.
We generally deliver the RoamingMan WiFi hotspot 2-4 business days prior to your departure using UPS.

·         Is it possible to amend my shipping address or other information after placing an order?

If any changes are needed for your order, including changing the shipping address, or extending the rental period, you can contact us via our website or send us an email tosupportus@roamingman.comWe will then make the necessary arrangements.

·         Can I cancel my order?

Of course you can. However if your device has already been dispatched or used, then we will not be able to refund parts of relevant charges and you will need to return it to us immediately.

·         What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard and PayPal

·         When will I be billed?

You will be billed immediately upon placing your order.

·         How Can I get an invoice from RoamingMan?

ROAMINGMAN WIFI

·         Is it real 4G network?

Yes, it is 4G high-speed internet access, up to 150Mbps for downloading and 50Mbps uploading. You may get 3G internet access in some countries, because RoamingMan service is based on the local internet service provider. The device may have weak or no signals in airports, mountains, highways, ports, basements, islands, high seas, etc. Please restart the device and connect to a network after moving to a more accessible location.

·         Do I really get unlimited internet?

The data that you receive is unlimited, but in some countries, FUP (Fair Use Policy) may be applied when an individual user has exceeded a certain amount of data within a specified time period. We recommend to avoid streaming videos or using excessively large amounts of data. When the data usage reaches 500MB within a day (24 hours), your connection speed may slow down to 256kbps download and upload speeds. However, the connection speed will recover to high speed the following day.

RETURN

·         How can I return the RoamingMan WiFi hotspot?

Your RoamingMan WiFi hotspot shipment will come with a return label. Attach the return label to a box containing the device and drop off the package at UPS within 2 business days from the last day of your rental period. Detailed instructions will be included with the initial shipment.

·         What if I fail to send back the device?

You are obligated to be responsible for the safe and timely return of your pocket Wifi. If you fail to send the rental RoamingMan WiFi hotspot back in time, or it just gets lost on the way back, you will be charged for the cost of the device (Please check the Terms & Conditions).
